The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and recruiting new work while ensuring high-quality technical deliverables and ongoing professional development within BLE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus.
• Masters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for the Regional Geotech Group.
• Manage projects, clients, and business development.
• Mentor staff and engineers within the geotechnical team.
• Develop strategic partnerships with public and private sectors.
• Review proposals and contribute to training seminars.
• Guide reports quality and client communications.
• Adopt new technologies to improve project efficiency.
• Interpret analytical data for diverse projects.
