The ideal candidate will manage project budgets and schedules, produce technical specifications, and lead geotechnical analyses. Candidates must possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering, relevant experience, and effective communication skills. This role offers a hybrid working environment and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience required.
• Professional Engineer licensed in NH or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Able to travel and visit construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage geotechnical engineering analyses and design.
• Manage projects including budget, schedule, and quality.
• Train and mentor staff.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working in a team environment

Ability to manage projects

Working knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Manual

Familiarity with AutoCAD and geotechnical software

Education

B.S. in Civil Engineering

M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering (preferred)
