• 12+ years of experience in geotechnical/geostructural engineering.
• Professional licensure required.
• MS or PhD in Geotechnical/GeoStructural Engineering.
• Active affiliation with geotechnical organizations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent SGH as technical and project leader for geotechnical/geostructural work.
• Manage and direct projects with engineers and scientists.
• Lead teams and supervise engineers on client-facing projects.
• Eligible for SGH share ownership and bonus pool.
• Travel to out-of-state project sites as needed.
