Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in structural analysis and design of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood-frame structures.
• MS in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• California Structural Engineer licensure required.
• Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with ability to lead and collaborate.
• Experience with project management from inception to completion.
• Willingness to take initiative and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software ETABS, SAP, RISA, RAM, SAFE.

Responsibilities

• Perform wide range of structural analysis and design tasks in steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, reports and calculation packages.
• Supervise and coordinate large or multiple projects with complex features.
• Manage proposals, budgets, project planning, client relations and business development.
• Utilize software tools to model, analyze, and optimize designs.
