• 10+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience with leadership.
• PE license required; SE/GE highly preferred depending on state.

• Oversee geotechnical scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Review technical documents and ensure compliance with agency requirements.
• Lead proposal efforts and grow regional geotechnical practice.
