Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required; M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering highly desirable.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado.
• 5–10 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software (slope stability, settlement, retaining walls).
• Strong technical writing and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundations, retaining walls, pavement sections, and slope stability recommendations.
• Manage project lifecycles including budgeting, scheduling, and client liaison.
• Design and oversee subsurface exploration programs; interpret field and lab data.
• Perform geologic mapping, reconnaissance, and hazard studies.
• Review staff work and ensure technical excellence across the team.
• Lead junior staff and coordinate client proposals.
