The position requires PE licensure, 8+ years of geotechnical experience (3+ in a senior capacity), and frequent travel to support large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects. Candidates should excel in leadership and technical excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's strongly preferred).
8+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical expert on geotechnical projects of significant complexity and scope.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams for large infrastructure, transportation, energy, and commercial projects.
Develop innovative, cost-effective geotechnical design solutions.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver high-quality work.
Build and maintain strategic client relationships and lead proposal efforts and negotiations.
