Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Professional Geotechnical Engineer to contribute to diverse infrastructure and development projects in Oregon and Washington. The role offers mentorship from industry leaders and opportunities to lead multidisciplinary teams across the US and Canada.

Ideal candidates have 12–15 years in geotechnical engineering, a PE license in OR or WA (or ability to obtain within 3 months), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of geotechnical experience.
• Oregon or Washington PE license preferred, or ability to obtain within 3 months by comity.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally nationally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading or supervising technical teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines.
• Lead projects, proposals, design tasks and oversee calculations as required.
• Manage a variety of projects across multiple sectors and geographies.
