You will lead geotechnical analysis and design for mining projects, with a focus on safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regions. This role also offers a hybrid work arrangement, opportunities to mentor junior engineers, and exposure to large-scale international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering (or related discipline).
• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, preferably in mining.
• Eligibility for Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the United States.
• Located in Phoenix, AZ, or willing to relocate.
• Demonstrated experience with dam design, slope stability, seepage analysis, and site investigation.
• Strong understanding of soil and rock mechanics, including laboratory and field testing.
• Experience working in safety-focused environments with incident reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
