Bunnell Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineering Consultant to lead the regional geotechnical group, oversee projects, and grow client relationships across the Southeast. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and innovative geotechnical solutions.

Applicants should have a Civil Engineering degree with geotechnical focus, PE licensure in SC or NC, and 10–25 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced geotechnical knowledge and design experience.
• Ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and risk-based site closures.
• Keep current with industry innovations and ASTM standards.
• Capable of translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical oversight, project management, and client management for the Regional Geotech Group.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff and project engineers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive growth.
• Review proposals and participate in business development activities.
• Oversee and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing.
• Review written reports for quality and BLE standards.
• Adopt new technologies to improve project efficiency and reporting.
• Lead geotechnical design and exploration tasks for various site projects.
