Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• 16+ years of related professional experience.
• Active Professional Engineer license in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Lead major consulting assignments aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate across projects and regulatory frameworks to deliver client value.
• Develop team technical competence and professional standards.
• Direct and coach staff for quality execution on multiple projects.
• Provide leadership mentoring to staff and grow practice areas.
• Enhance company visibility through external activities and conferences.
• Lead project evaluations, design package development, and act as SME.
• Oversee field and laboratory quality control and safety practices.
