We are currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer 4 to work with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position located in our Seattle, WA office.
In this role, you will provide expert-level technical and strategic consulting for complex geotechnical projects, primarily supporting public- and private-sector clients throughout Washington. You will serve as a senior technical authority and reviewer, lead multidisciplinary project teams, mentor staff, and communicate how technical conclusions support broader project and client objectives. You will also support proposal development, client relationships, and business-development activities while helping strengthen the Seattle office’s technical capabilities and expand geotechnical opportunities in Washington. An active Professional Engineer license in Washington is required.

The salary range for this position in Seattle, WA is $160,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market. This role is eligible to participate in the company's performance-based bonus program. This bonus program is based on overall company performance and the results achieved compared to peers.
