This full-time role requires a Master’s degree in civil engineering with a geotechnical concentration, 20+ years of consulting experience (including 10+ years in Washington) and Washington PE registration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil engineering with a geotechnical concentration.
• 20+ years of strategic geotechnical consulting experience, 10+ in WA.
• Washington PE registration.
• Experience leading client relationships and high-revenue projects.
• Proven ability to achieve substantial annual net revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client discussions.
• Leadership building diverse teams and mentoring staff.
• Business acumen balancing growth, client needs, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the company’s portfolio by developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving significant revenue growth.
• Oversee large, complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet technical, budgetary, and client satisfaction goals.
• Build and guide high-performance teams, mentoring emerging talent and promoting staff development.
• Contribute to long-term strategy by identifying new markets and leading high-impact proposals.
• Ensure work adheres to Health & Safety protocols and safety behaviors.
