Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is looking for a Senior Engineering Geologist in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves overseeing geo-structural engineering projects focusing on foundation engineering, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide solutions for large-scale energy projects.

The successful candidate will execute geotechnical investigations, assessments, and model complex geologic hazards, ensuring quality control and delivering effective communication with stakeholders. This is a full-time office-based role offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years experience in the geotechnical, transmission, or substation engineering field.
• Ability to work with moderate supervision and maximum efficiency in a small or medium-size office.
• Familiarity with engineering analyses for soil and rock slope stability and design of deep foundations.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of engineering geologists and geotechnical engineers.
• Execute assignments requiring advanced engineering techniques.
• Participate in oversight and management of field subcontractor activities.
