This senior leadership role oversees operations, drives strategic growth, and ensures high-quality delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• 10+ years of progressive surveying experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in boundary, topographic, construction, and geospatial surveying.
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, business development, and leadership skills.
• Virginia PLS license or ability to obtain through reciprocity preferred.
