A leading engineering firm is seeking a highly experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead Surveying & Mapping operations in Southern California. Responsibilities include managing the Surveying department, ensuring technical oversight on projects, and fostering client relationships. Candidates must have an active PLS license, at least 10 years of experience in land surveying, and strong leadership skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000.

Qualifications

• Active California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience in Southern California.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Surveying & Mapping Department.
• Direct boundary, topographic, construction staking, and mapping workflows.
• Maintain and grow client relationships across Southern California.
