Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in surveying, GIS, or related field.
• Professional survey licensure is required.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, easement and right‑of‑way surveying.
• Proficient in CAD/Civil 3D and GIS workflows.
• Strong analytical and QA/QC capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, conduct, and review surveys and reports from field teams and records.
• Research legal and survey records to determine boundaries and rights of way.
• Process field notes and data for project managers and staff.
• Coordinate map creation and digital mapping for site investigations.
• Prepare legal descriptions and assist in document preparation.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure compliant data management.
