VHB is seeking a Geomatics/Survey Project Manager in Maine. The role focuses on leading land surveying projects, coordinating field teams, and overseeing ALTA and boundary tasks using GPS, Total Station, and Reality Capture technologies. Candidates should have a strong track record in geomatics and client management.

Hybrid work arrangement in Maine with opportunities to mentor staff and advance complex surveys across linear and transportation projects.

Competenze

• 5+ years geomatics/land surveying experience, including managing large-scale projects.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred in Survey Engineering/Geomatics.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and field/office surveying tools is required.

• Project management of scope, schedule and budget for land surveying projects.
• Management of project staff and clients.
• Perform surveying calculations and ensure accuracy.
• Research deeds, plans and public records for projects.
• Review and certify staff work with precision.
• Coordinate field crews and Survey/CAD Technicians.
