Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer to transform complex GEOINT capabilities into engaging learning experiences for an Intelligence Community program.

You will lead end-to-end training design and delivery, collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, and ensure security and compliance while supporting remote and on-site sessions across multiple locations including Englewood, CO. Experience with Adobe Captivate and LMSs is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training & Development or related field with 8–12 years of experience or Master’s with 6–10 years of experience.
• 8+ years in training coordination, instructional design, or related fields, focusing on GEOINT or similar technical environments.
• Proven expertise designing and developing training programs using instructional design methodologies.
• Extensive experience with eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced training programs aligned with customer needs and mission objectives.
• Manage end-to-end training processes from needs analysis to delivery, assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Create customized training materials including instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, job aids, and user documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical teams, and SMEs to define measurable learning objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, testing, and metrics to drive improvements.
