Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer to translate complex GEOINT capabilities into engaging training for mission users. You’ll work with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to enable successful software deployments and measurable learning impact.

You’ll design instructor-led and e-learning content, coordinate schedules and logistics, and leverage LMS and virtual platforms to track outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8–12 years of experience or Master’s with 6–10 years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience in training coordination or instructional design in GEOINT or similar technical environments.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing training programs using instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced training programs for mission users.
• Manage end-to-end training process from needs analysis to delivery, assessment, and improvement.
• Create and deliver content such as instructor-led courses, e-learning, job aids, and user documentation.
