Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer to support the Chinook program for an Intelligence Community customer. You will translate complex tech into engaging learning experiences, collaborating with engineers, product managers, scrum teams and stakeholders to enable mission users to adopt new technologies.

This role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years in training/coaching in GEOINT or similar environments, and strong LMS/Adobe Captivate expertise for both

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training & Development, or related field; 8–12 years experience or Master’s with 6–10 years.
• 8+ years of experience in training coordination or instructional design in GEOINT or similar technical environments.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing training programs using instructional design methodologies.
• Extensive experience with eLearning tools such as Adobe Captivate and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced training programs to meet customer needs and mission objectives.
• Manage end-to-end training processes from needs analysis to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Create and deliver materials such as instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, job aids, and documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Define measurable learning objectives with stakeholders and evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and metrics.
• Recommend technologies, LMSs, and virtual platforms to enhance delivery and tracking.
