Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Training Coordinator and Instructional Designer to support an Agile software development program for an Intelligence Community customer. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development or related field.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph ability.
• US citizenship required per contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development and implementation of advanced training programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations on learning management systems and virtual training platforms.
• Support train-the-trainer programs and monitor key training metrics.
