Job summary

North Point Technology seeks a Training Coordinator and Instructional Designer to support an Agile software program for an Intelligence Community customer.

The role requires translating complex technical capabilities into engaging learning experiences for mission users, and collaborating with engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to deliver training for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Instructional design methodology applicable to adult learners and best practices.
• Design and development of eLearning content using tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar platforms.
• LMS administration and use of virtual training platforms like Zoom, WebEx, or MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of training programs aligned with mission objectives.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement with feedback loops to software teams.
