Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer to transform complex capabilities into engaging, user-focused learning for an Intelligence Community customer.

The role spans design, development, and delivery of training across instructor-led, e-learning, and job aids, with a focus on Agile collaboration and measurable outcomes. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and strong collaboration with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training & Development or related field and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or related fields, with a focus on GEOINT or similar technical environments.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing training programs using instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced training programs, ensuring they meet evolving customer needs and mission objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end training process from needs analysis and content development to delivery, assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Create and deliver customized training materials such as CONUS/OCONUS instructor-led courses, e-learning, job aids, and user documentation.
• Act as a subject matter expert in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources for in-person and virtual sessions for customer personnel.
