Job summary

Mission Intelligence Group seeks an Expert-Level GEOINT Systems Integrator to lead enterprise-wide GEOINT modernization and transitions for the NSG. It is a high-impact leadership role driving architectures, data standards, and multi-agency collaboration from concept through Transition to Operations (TTO).

You will guide the full Systems Engineering lifecycle, engage with NGA and partners, and shape roadmaps for modernized GEOINT data standards and enterprise capabilities, delivering

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent expert-level experience in systems integration.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Extensive experience integrating cloud-based solutions (SOA, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and polygraph.
• Strong written and verbal communication and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise integration and transition efforts across NSG and partners.
• Guide architecture, engineering, testing, integration, and transition activities.
• Develop and maintain multi-phase enterprise transition roadmaps and POA&Ms.
• Coordinate readiness milestones with NGA and Mission Partners; governance support.
• Mentor GEOINT systems engineers; oversee cross-organizational modernization.
