Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks an Expert-Level GEOINT System Integrator to lead multi-agency, multi-phase integration spanning NGA and Mission Partners. The role focuses on enterprise planning, transition readiness, and adoption of next-generation GEOINT data standards within the NSG.

You will guide architecture, requirements, CONOPS, testing, and transition to operations, mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-organization IPTs, with a TS/SCI clearance preferred or easily achievable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, MIS, or related STEM; or equivalent expert-level experience.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility with polygraph.
• Experience integrating cloud-based technologies (SOA, on-demand self-service, broad network access, resource pooling).
• Experience architecting and building large-scale, service-oriented software products.
• Knowledge of GEOINT metadata standards and related data flows.
• Experience leading multi-agency initiatives and IPTs.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transition planning for modernized GEOINT data standards across the NSG.
• Develop POA&Ms for architecture, engineering, integration, testing, and transition activities.
• Conduct AoAs and develop dual-operations transition architectures.
• Develop and manage multi-phase enterprise transition roadmaps.
• Provide SME input in development of enterprise requirements.
• Lead joint baseline management updates, enterprise test planning, and joint transition planning.
• Lead end-to-end coordination for readiness milestones.
• Develop community outreach plans and messaging.
• Lead end-to-end integration and transition efforts between NGA and Mission Partners.
