Job summary

SHINE Systems seeks an Expert-Level GEOINT System Integrator to lead enterprise integration and transition across multiple agencies. The role covers architecture, requirements, CONOPS, integration, testing, and transition efforts within NGA and partner ecosystems.

The candidate should bring extensive experience in TCPED architecture, GEOINT standards, and cross‑organizational coordination to modernize GEOINT capabilities. Onsite in Chantilly, VA; St. Louis MO also possible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, MIS or equivalent expert-level experience.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and service-oriented architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transition planning for modernized GEOINT data standards across NSG.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for architecture, integration, testing and transition.
• Conduct AoAs and develop dual-operations transition architectures.
• Develop and manage multi-phase enterprise transition roadmaps.
• Provide SME input for enterprise and program requirements.
• Lead joint baseline management updates, test planning and transition planning.
• Coordinate readiness milestones end-to-end.
• Develop community outreach plans and messaging.
• Lead NGA and Mission Partners integration and transition efforts.
