Job summary

Peraton seeks an Expert GEOINT Lead Integrator to guide enterprise transformation initiatives across NGA and partners. This senior role drives architecture modernization, MBSE adoption, and end-to-end integration from concept to operations.

You will collaborate across organizations to align requirements, interfaces, and mission capabilities, leading cross-functional teams in a highly visible program with DoD/IC context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related STEM field.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Extensive experience leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis across full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide systems integration across NGA PEOs and Mission Partners.
• Provide guidance on integration strategy, architecture modernization, and enterprise transformation.
• Establish partnerships across organizations to drive synchronized planning and execution.
• Lead high-visibility integration projects from concept through Transition to Operations (TTO).
• Drive adoption of MBSE and Digital Engineering in project delivery.
• Mentor engineers and expand team capabilities to meet mission needs.
