Job summary

Assured Consulting Solutions in Springfield, VA is seeking an Expert GEOINT Lead Integrator to guide enterprise-wide integration across NGA and partner organizations. You will lead architecture and engineering efforts from requirements through Transition to Operations in a high-visibility role.

Ideal candidate has 18+ years of systems engineering and DoD/IC experience, MBSE and Digital Engineering expertise, and proven leadership in cross-agency teams; eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis across the full lifecycle.
• Extensive experience designing, analyzing, documenting, and integrating complex IT or enterprise systems.
• Expert-level experience supporting DoD or IC acquisition processes and/or PPBES.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational engineering and integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide systems integration across NGA Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and Mission Partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders on integration strategy, architecture modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Establish partnerships across organizations to drive synchronized integration planning and execution.
• Lead high-visibility integration projects from concept development through Transition to Operations (TTO).
• Lead architecture gap analyses and development of future-state enterprise architectures.
• Perform engineering assessments, trade studies, AoAs, and COAs to support strategic investment decisions.
• Analyze enterprise baselines and ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, architecture, interfaces, and system capabilities.
• Capture and translate mission and customer needs into technical requirements and integrated solutions.
• Drive adoption of Digital Engineering and MBSE methodologies.
• Develop integrated project plans, CONOPS, target-state architectures, roadmaps, and engineering documentation.
• Lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams supporting GEOINT modernization initiatives across multiple domains.
• Define and improve modern systems integration processes using Agile, Digital Engineering, AI, and industry best practices.
• Mentor engineers and integrators while identifying new opportunities to expand team capabilities.
