We seek a GEOINT Mission Processing Senior Project Engineer to lead the GEOINT Systems Support Ground Enterprise team, guiding 5 engineers through evolving ground processing architectures, with 100% onsite work in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) related discipline.
Ten or more years of applicable experience with increasing responsibilities.
Experience in mission control or mission processing systems, GEOINT, government acquisitions or systems engineering, or software development/testing.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams of engineering professionals.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical advisor to the US Government for GEOINT radar and electro‑optical mission data processing software.
Lead teams of Aerospace subject‑matter experts in maturing new technologies and delivering a resilient ground architecture.
Coordinate with enterprise stakeholders to ensure user needs are understood and satisfied.
Collaborate with agile teams to rapidly field new software capabilities in a dynamic mission environment.
Identify new technologies and commercially available capabilities for integration into the framework.
