Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking an Expert Lead Integrator to guide enterprise GEOINT integration and architecture modernization in a fully onsite role in Chantilly or Springfield, VA. Candidate must hold TS/SCI clearance and possess deep MBSE and digital engineering expertise.

The role drives enterprise plans, governance, and cross-functional execution across PEOs and mission partners, mentoring engineers and shaping strategic investments in modern GEOINT capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or another STEM discipline.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 18+ years of experience leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis across the full lifecycle.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide systems integration efforts across NGA PEOs and Mission Partners.
• Drive architecture modernization, engineering analyses, and AoAs to support investments.
• Mentor engineers and integrators while expanding team capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams across GEOINT modernization initiatives.
