Job summary

Ascension Federal Services, Inc. seeks a Field Service Representative Senior GEOINT to provide on-site GEOINT IT support in Honolulu, HI, joining the enterprise support team. You will connect local users with the broader IT group and troubleshoot complex GEOINT workstations and applications.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience, a Top Secret/SI clearance, and IT certifications. On-site deployment, weekend/shift duties, and travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

10+ years in user and field support.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently on advanced user problems.
Experience with GEOINT workstations and related applications.

Responsibilities

Provide independent on-site break/fix and advanced troubleshooting for GEOINT workstations and applications.
Resolve SOCET GXP, operating-system, hardware, and local connectivity issues; coordinate with the Fort Gordon helpdesk.
Maintain secure system configurations, equipment accountability, and detailed incident and repair records.
Install and test equipment and software, coordinate vendor repairs, and train users.
Monitor daily system performance and provide senior-level hands‑on support and user guidance.
