Job summary
A major technology firm in Honolulu is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide IT support for a federal client. Qualifications
- Experience with SOCET GXP Geospatial Intelligence Software.
- Ability to support hardware/software issues over the phone.
- Active TS/SCI federal security clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Address and follow up on requests in help desk queue.
- Provide support for hardware/software issues in person.
- Log all support requests into the Ticketing System.
Skills
Knowledge/experience with GEOINT toolsets
Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of intelligence oversight
Experience with workstation imaging processes
Strong knowledge of deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation hardware
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Education
IAW DOD 8570.01-M certification
