The Senior Genomics Sales Director is responsible for the overall health and performance of the assigned region. In partnership with the direct manager (Regional Vice President), you are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies based on opportunity analysis and reviewing results from business analytics.
You are responsible for (minimally) meeting your region's sales goals and quotas, creating and maintaining a Regional Business Plan, analyzing data, creating and managing your region's data in the Salesforce CRM, completing assigned sales and company training, and overall maintenance and growth of your region. You must be extremely well informed about Fulgent's service menu and associated science, the markets in which they serve, and therefore be able to accurately forecast sales predictions, shifts in the marketplace, understand the competitive landscape, and educate your manager of potential product improvements and development.
As Senior Genomics Sales Director, you will serve as a field advisor to your immediate manager. You must possess an entrepreneurial drive to own the territory as if the role is an independent franchisee of Fulgent Genetics, being responsible for the overall profit and loss of the region.
