Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a supplier quality leader to drive quality for assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and own supplier results. You will lead audits, drive improvement plans, and partner across functions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance within generator manufacturing.

The role requires five years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of turbo generators, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Engineering, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of generators, with specialized product expertise in turbo generators.
• Working knowledge of quality frameworks, risk assessment, RCA, qualification processes, commodity assessment, and non-conformance management, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier development initiatives to achieve quality assurance and industrial standards of excellence in generator manufacturing.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and projects, guiding stakeholders to adopt new viewpoints and innovative solutions.
• Advise management and support high‑impact decisions with evaluative judgment.
• Use multiple sources to assess information and construct actionable recommendations for complex problems.
• Partner across functions to drive continuous improvement, quality assessment, RCA, and risk mitigation.
