Job summary

Constellation Energy Generation seeks a compliance professional to lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of regulatory programs (ISO, NERC, and regional requirements). You will drive adherence across generating units, coordinate with stakeholders, and support audit activities.

You will act as a representative on industry committees, manage corrective actions, and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of PJM, MISO, ISONE, SPP, AESO, BPA, NEPool, GSOC, SPP, and ERCOT markets.

Responsibilities

• Create mitigation plans based on Self Reports and monitor the status of mitigating steps through Action Tracking and Quarterly Update on each Mitigation Plan.
• Ensure necessary work activities for NERC Compliance are initiated in the Work Management system and tracked with documented evidence.
• Evaluate, determine, and report compliance through applicable corporate procedures, standards and requirements.
• Lead/participate in compliance audits and support audit teams.
• Represent CEG on ISO, NERC and regional entity committees to advocate for changes.
