Job summary

The role involves coordinating communications, leading audits, and maintaining knowledge of standards development processes to ensure PJM’s reliability and regulatory alignment.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with PJM members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Utility Operations and/or Planning experience.
• 0–5 years of experience with compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with interchange arrangements, Bulk Power relationships, and FERC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in recurring audits of each Transmission Owner’s compliance with PJM’s standards.
• Prepare PJM for NERC and Regional Compliance Audits, Spot Checks, and Self-Certifications.
• Help strengthen PJM’s controls where non-compliance could impact reliability, finances, or reputation.
• Coordinate with PJM Members and Stakeholders to manage compliance tasks effectively.
