Job summary

CONSOLIDATED ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES JUNIPER (TEXAS), LLC seeks a Sr. Regulatory Compliance Associate to support compliance obligations across fossil fuel and renewable energy generation sites within the NERC network. Requires 3–10 years in power generation and familiarity with NERC.

You will oversee reporting to EIA, NERC, FERC, and other entities, develop and monitor compliance programs, and coordinate with NERC representatives. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or 4+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years in NERC compliance or related industry.
• Knowledge of power plant operations and NERC/FERC/WECC regulations.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and compliance tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports NERC, Regional Reliability Entities (WECC, SPP, TRE, etc.), and PUC issues impacting facility operations.
• Prepares and submits routine and non-routine reports to EIA, NERC, FERC, and other entities.
• Monitors compliance programs and evaluates new programs for integration into facility operations.
• Updates site Facility Ratings and Protection System Maintenance Program as needed.
• Conducts compliance reviews and recommends changes to enhance regulatory compliance.
• Communicates with NERC representatives on behalf of the facilities.
• Assists with training personnel on regulatory programs.
• Oversees contractor and vendor regulatory tasks and adherence to compliance programs.
• Maintains project regulatory records and filing system.
• Other duties as assigned.
