Constellation Energy Corporation seeks a regulatory compliance professional to lead generation compliance programs (ISO, NERC, regional entities) across CE G units. You will drive adherence, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely notifications and reporting.

Responsibilities include audits, monitoring, and developing corrective actions, with collaboration across business units to improve performance and compliance posture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical field and 8 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of the degree
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to create value with strong problem solving, analytical/financial, negotiation, and conflict management skills and a willingness to accept increased responsibilities
• Working knowledge of PJM, MISO, ISONE, SPP, AESO, BPA, NEPool, GSOC, SPP, and ERCOT markets
• 8-years experience working in any combination of electric utility rates, regulatory, legal, transmission planning, operations or financial disciplines, in lieu of 4-year degree 12-years of experience

Responsabilidades

• Create mitigation plans based on Self Reports and monitor the status of mitigating steps through Action Tracking and Quarterly Update on each Mitigation Plan with Regional Entities and other regulatory entities.
• Ensure necessary work activities for NERC Compliance are initiated in the Work Management system, executed using procedures and tracked in systems with documented completion evidence.
• Evaluate, determine, and report compliance through applicable Corporate procedures, standards and requirements.
• Lead/participate in compliance audits. Plan, prepare and execute audit tasks and support audit teams.
• Participates in job audits, analyses, governmental reporting, and surveys.
• Perform quarterly assessments of EXGN plants compliance with each standard EXGN/ Constellation Corporate has to comply with based on registrations with Regional Entities.
• Provide analysis and support to leadership for the NERC Compliance Program including ongoing reporting of performance improvements, organizational initiatives and compliance related communications.
• Responsible for evaluation, tracking and reporting of EXGN/ Constellation Corporate compliance with Regulatory requirements in the respective area.
• Responsible for performing self assessments of EXGN/ Constellation Corporate compliance to procedures, policies and actions taken as result of CRT, RCI, ACE or Condition Report corrective actions
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance platform capabilities and efficiency.
• Track time driven submittals (monthly, quarterly, annual) for CEG units to comply with all applicable generation compliance requirements.
• Represent CEG on ISO, NERC and regional entity committees or other industry forums to facilitate benchmarking and continuous improvement.
• Perform role of Stakeholder for design changes performed at CEG units. Includes design change reviews for Generation Compliance (NERC/ISO impact). Provide direction for tracking impacted items.
