Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Generation OT Compliance Engineer to safeguard power generation assets by applying NERC CIP standards and managing regulatory compliance across OT and IT environments.

You will collaborate with Power, IT, Engineering and Security teams to ensure framework alignment, conduct vulnerability assessments, and lead audits and drills. A strong background in DCS/SCADA and ISO/NERC/TSA standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years' technical experience or related engineering experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements and pass medical examinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of generation NERC rules and participate in related forums.
• Implement NERC CIP, O&P programs and BES cyber systems standards and best practices.
• Prepare evidence to verify compliance with NERC Standards.
• Communicate technical analyses and recommendations to leadership and teams.
• Support audits and cyber drills; drive continuous improvement across departments.
