Job summary

Crescent Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations across water, wastewater and heavy civil projects.

You will oversee Superintendents, Foremen and crews, coordinate resources, ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in field construction with water/wastewater experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to relocate as needed to support projects across the

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in progressive field construction with leadership roles.
• Experience with water and wastewater plants, pump stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of field operations, sequencing, and safety practices.
• Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and oversight for water, wastewater, and heavy civil projects.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources across projects.
• Develop construction plans, sequences, and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and field performance; identify efficiency gains.
• Ensure adherence to plans, specs, contract requirements, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams and resolve complex challenges.
• Identify project risks with Project Managers and develop solutions.
• Maintain accurate planning, reporting, and documentation.
• Support startup, mobilization, site logistics, and project closeout.
• Promote uniform field practices and safety standards across projects.
