• 10+ years experience supervising heavy civil work (sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, full-scope concrete, earth moving, or utility projects) and leading teams.
• Experience creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not only following schedules as a subcontractor.
• Proactive mindset with ability to plan and implement improved project operations.
• Strong leadership and critical thinking to drive productive operations.
