Job summary

MPI is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up projects across Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. You will coordinate subs, vendors, and crews while upholding safety, quality, and schedules.

The role requires 5–10+ years on superintendent roles, Massachusetts CSL, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. On-site work across Greater Boston, MA, and NH regions is expected. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as a Construction Superintendent on ground-up projects.
• Massachusetts CSL license and OSHA 30 certification.
• Procore and Bluebeam experience required.
• Experience with $2M–$20M projects and hospitality/commercial work.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and coordinate subs, vendors, and crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.
• Collaborate with PMs and senior field leadership to deliver projects.
• Maintain documentation and field coordination using Procore/Bluebeam.
• Manage sequencing and address field challenges.
