Leoforce is seeking a Senior Civil Superintendent to manage heavy civil construction projects in northern MA. Lead sitework, asphalt, paving and utilities with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule. This on-site role offers a lucrative salary/bonus structure and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of independent leadership, proven ability to create and execute prime contractor timelines, and a drive to continuously improve efficiency on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising heavy civil work (sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, concrete, earth moving, or utilities) and leading manpower.
• Project leadership experience includes creating timelines as a prime contractor.
• Strong drive to improve processes and operational efficiency; able to plan and execute complex projects.

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of experience supervising any of the following heavy civil work: sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, full-scope concrete, earth moving, or utility projects - including manpower and team leadership.


• Your project leadership experience includes creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not only limited to following prescribed schedules as a subcontractor.


• You get fired up for new challenges. Maintaining the status quo when there's an opportunity for improvement goes against your nature. You don't need everything spelled out for you, because you enjoy writing the book yourself.


• Your combination of experience, determination, and ability to think critically enables you to develop well-planned, highly productive, and efficient project operations.
