MissionHires is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead heavy civil construction operations in San Diego. This role oversees multiple projects and supervises division superintendents, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience. Benefits include a competitive salary between $150K – $210K, ESOP or 401(k) with company match, and health insurance.
