Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead civil infrastructure projects across Massachusetts. You will manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while reporting to project leadership.

This on-site, field-based role offers a visible leadership position within a growing family-owned client, travel across MA, and a comprehensive compensation package including a company vehicle with salary potential up to $180,000.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a comparable field leadership role.
• Experience managing civil, utility, infrastructure, roadway, or sitework construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and field coordination.
• Ability to lead crews and manage multiple project stakeholders effectively.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for civil construction projects throughout Massachusetts.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall site performance.
• Maintain compliance with all safety requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with project management and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee construction activities involving water and sewer infrastructure, underground utilities, drainage, roadway, and sitework projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget expectations.
• Travel to project sites throughout the South Shore, Cape Cod, Greater Boston, and other Massachusetts locations as required.
• Work on-site five days per week in a field-based leadership capacity.
