Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Senior General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple complex projects in a large market. The role drives safety, schedule integrity, and high-performance execution with a focus on staffing, coaching, and accountability.

The position requires deep leadership across project teams, executives, clients, and trades, delivering on aggressive schedules and stringent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of Data Center GC experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading field operations on large-scale, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across multiple complex construction projects, campuses, or regional programs.
• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and accountability to field leaders.
• Establish standards for safety, quality, planning, logistics, scheduling, and field execution.
• Coordinate field leadership, trade partners, design teams, and client stakeholders.
