Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 15 years of general contracting experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects for schedule, quality, and SOP adherence.
• Develop client and architect relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and train field staff for project scope.
• Provide leadership on materials, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Support business development and pre-construction activities.
