Job summary

Harris Company seeks a General Manager II – Service + BA to lead multiple service units, set strategic direction, and drive revenue growth across locations. You will shape operations, partner with the VP of Service, and advance teams through mentorship and robust performance reviews.

Primary focus includes sales development, customer relationship building, and financial management to ensure efficiency, consistency, and strong company-wide results. MBA is preferred, Bachelor's required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in service, mechanical, HVAC, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple business units, develop teams, and drive performance across locations.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems and how they operate.
• Track record of business development, sales, customer relationship building, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Set business goals and strategies while helping drive sales, business development, and new customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for new and repeat work.
• Oversee operations across multiple business units and locations, maintaining consistent standards and performance.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance reviews to improve efficiency and results.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members and partner with Human Capital on hiring and development.
• Collaborate with other service leaders to share best practices and strengthen the service organization.
