Job summary

Harris is seeking a General Manager II – Service + BA to lead multiple service business units across locations, setting direction for people, customers, and financial performance with $5M–$10M revenue.

You will partner with the VP of Service, develop teams, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth while ensuring consistency across locations. This role combines strategic leadership with financial management and people development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in service, mechanical, HVAC, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple business units and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Set business goals and strategies while driving sales, business development, and new customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for new and repeat work.
• Oversee operations across multiple business units and locations, helping maintain consistent standards and performance.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance reviews while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
